We provide hotel reservation services across major cities and tourist destinations. After you provide travel dates and preferences, we will present curated hotel options by budget, location and amenities. Once you confirm, we'll secure the booking and send confirmation details.

3. What payment options are available?

You can pay via Paystack using the Payment section on this site. For larger corporate or group invoices we can provide bank transfer or invoice options — please contact support for bespoke payment arrangements.

4. Will I receive confirmation after booking?

Yes. On successful submission you will see an on-screen confirmation. Our operations team will then follow up by email or WhatsApp with ticketing or reservation confirmation once the booking is issued by the provider.

5. What are your cancellation and refund policies?

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the airline or hotel provider and the fare conditions attached to each ticket or reservation. We make these policies clear before you confirm and assist with any refunds or change requests in accordance with provider rules.

6. How do I change travel dates or passenger details?

Contact our support team with your booking reference and the details to change. We will check available options and advise of any change fees or fare differences. Changes are always subject to the provider's rules and availability.

7. Are there any hidden fees?
